What's the difference between private label and white label?
Both put your brand on the product. With white label, you apply your branding to a standardized research vial. With private label, the program is tailored more closely to your specifications — including custom packaging. In practice we'll recommend the path that fits your volume and goals.
Do you offer custom packaging for shipments?
Yes. Programs can include custom shipping boxes printed with your artwork, branded package inserts and advertising cards, and curated interior packaging — so every order that reaches your customer is entirely your brand, outside and in.
Can you include my marketing materials in each package?
Yes. Send us your printed inserts — promo cards, reorder codes, product guides, thank-you cards — or have us coordinate the printing, and we include them in every shipment of your line.

Where do you source and ship from?
